How To Use
Charge the cup fully before first use.
Apply massage oil or lotion to the treatment area if desired.
Power on by holding the power button.
Place the cup on the target muscle and press the suction button to begin.
Adjust the settings:
Suction: Levels 0–6 (6-level model) or 0–12 (12-level model)
Heat: Press the heat button to select your preferred temperature.
Use for up to 20 minutes. The timer counts down automatically. Press the release button to remove the cup.
Power off, recharge, and replace the filter when needed.
