30-Day Refund & Resolution Policy
If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
After reviewing your request, we may:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost.
- Issue a full or partial refund.
- Provide another appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Returns
To keep the return process simple for our customers, we do not routinely require items to be returned before a refund or replacement is considered.
Requests for refunds, returns, or replacements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval depends on the nature of the issue, the information provided, and whether the request falls within our policy.
In some situations, we may request additional information, such as photos of the product or packaging, before making a decision.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund after it has been issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. If you experience an issue after receiving your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
